A comprehensive strategy is used during the month-long Full-Body Strength course to significantly boost strength across your whole body. It creates a stimulating and difficult workout program by fusing the greatest aspects of yoga, calisthenics, and circuit training. Each workout will leave you exhausted but satisfied that you gave it your all and completed your task for the day.
The unique blend of slides, holds, circuits, drills, plyometrics, and complexes that Patrick employs to construct each 30-minute session makes this series stand out. This program will help you improve endurance, body control, stamina, and more in addition to gaining strength, with everything from intricate squat adjustments to calorie-burning core routines.
You will alternate between five strength-training courses and one recuperation class over the course of a month. Among these sessions are:
• The Burn: Beginning in side plank and progressing into a strength-building flow, you will execute one-armed motions, core exercises, and hip mobility drills.
• The Slide: This session offers a circuit-style challenge while using a blanket to strengthen the arms and legs.
• The Fire: Try this flamboyant variation on the traditional sun salutation. You will perform rounds of demanding standing postures, push up variants, and pistol squats meant to energize your entire body in a ladder-style flow.
• The Power: In this repeating, flow-based pattern, challenge yourself to reach new heights. Heart-racing leaps, core strengthening, and peaceful relaxation in bridge position are all included in The Power.
• The Tension: In this last strength-training session, you’ll be pushed to progress steadily through challenging sequences of lower-body exercises and drills including pickups.
• Recover: On days off, your body will stay flexible and relaxed thanks to these flowing motions.
