Description
You can now possess extreme STRENGTH and FLEXIBILITY! Grappler Strength & Flexibility Instructional DVD! NOW AVAILABLE!!!!
The ElasticSteel Grappler DVD strikes the ideal mix between strength and flexibility training with the goal of enhancing grappler performance.
Today, grapplers from different backgrounds are starting to understand the advantages of a flexible lower body. The advantages of developing certain strengths are something that people are hesitant to realize.
Squats and other comparable exercises are still popular training methods for grapplers. The majority of the game is played in close quarters on the ground, so while those are excellent general training techniques, they don’t translate to a very specialized strength needed there.
More is accomplished by a certain strength than that. Flexibility development is aided. In other words, developing flexibility in your inner thighs or outer hips won’t benefit from having powerful quads.
At the same time, a certain kind of strength enables flexibility to work. What use is it, for instance, to be able to position your leg correctly if you lack the power to move it once it is in place?
All of these concerns are addressed in ElasticSteel Grappler DVD, and they are all pounded hard. Every exercise is intended to increase strength or flexibility, and sometimes both at the same time, for particular close-quarters applications.
Knowing the movements and when to use them is not sufficient. You must be able to employ them. This DVD enables you to do that.
You’ll find three routines on this DVD.
For grapplers who lack core and lower body strength and flexibility, a first routine is recommended. Both the strength and the flexibility are focused on grappling. Because being able to perform splits or squat hundreds of pounds does not prepare you for grappling, many experienced athletes may need to begin with the fundamental exercises.
The second exercise is more complex. If you feel at ease performing this exercise, your former or present teacher likely has some knowledge of functional strength and flexibility training. Your strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility will significantly increase after a few months of regular practice, and this will show on the mat.
The third routine will take you from excellent to outstanding since it is primarily focused on grappling techniques.
This is the only tape you will ever need if you are a grappler trying to augment your time spent on the mat. Simply stick to the programs, and your strength and flexibility will quickly advance.
