Disc 1:

Sweeps & Submissions: Taught here are sweeps from the guard to the mount,
avoiding leg and foot attacks, counters to sweeps, putting your opponent in the
air and attacking his arm, sweeps in the spider guard, tripod to armlocks
inside the guard, scissor sweeps, and a whole lot more!!!

Disc 2:

Passing the Guard: Rinaldo teaches the keys to standing up and avoiding sweeps,
dropping knee on thigh, opening your opponent’s guard to side control, cross
lapel chokes, using your knees to open his guard, avoiding blocks, avoiding arm
attacks, breaking the spider guard to full mount, throw his knees to the side to
knee on belly or side control, plus much more!

Disc 3:

Back Attacks PLUS 1/2 Guard Passing: Rinaldo teaches you to catch the back and
set your hooks in. You will learn to control your opponent and overcome counters
to your attacks. Attacking the turtle position is covered. Next comes the
application of rear chokes, various collar, lapel and sleeve chokes. The latter
portion of this DVD deals with passing the half guard.
