In this Requirements 2.0 DVD series, 8X World Champion Robson Moura works with his 2nd American black belt, Jeff Mitchell, to take you through details on key techniques and requirements for progressing from White to Brown belt.
Robson and Jeff show each technique in detail, with interactive discussion and questions designed to increase your hands on understanding and execution of the moves. This set also includes a Drilling for BJJ Success DVD – good for instructor and student both – taking you through BJJ specific drills to help you improve your game. The Green, Blue and Purple Belt sets are 2 DVD’s each, and the Brown and Drilling are 1 DVD each – giving you 8 total DVD’s of top notch, learning focused teaching!
Volumes 1 & 2: White to Green Belt

In this 2 DVD set, 8X World Champion Robson Moura works with his 2nd American black belt, Jeff Mitchell, to take you through details on key techniques and requirements for progressing from White to Green belt. Robson and Jeff show each technique in detail, with interactive discussion and questions designed to increase your hands on understanding and execution of the moves.
Volumes 3 & 4: Green to Blue Belt

This 2 DVD set focuses on the specifics to evolve your game to work successfully from the bottom position, expanding the basics of BJJ, reviewing sweeps, side control and half guard moves, etc. 8X World Champion Robson Moura and his 2nd American black belt, Jeff Mitchell, take you through details on key techniques for progressing from Green to Blue belt.
Volumes 5 & 6: Blue to Purple Belt

The Purple Belt is the “The Top Game”, and this 2 DVD set lays out more advanced techniques, with the same interactive style that makes Robson’s teaching so powerful. Volume 7: Purple to Brown Belt

Robson calls the Brown Belt “The Total Game” and reviews the techniques needed to advance your game to tie all your learning together. In this DVD, you will add advanced techniques, building on your experience to include De la Riva Guard attacks and sweeps and advanced Spider Guard moves and others. Over 20 different techniques will also be reviewed, Omoplata variations and escapes, foot locks, as well as Side Control and Turtle responses.
Volume 8: Drilling for BJJ Success

In this training DVD, 8X World Champion Robson Moura takes you through specific drills designed to improve your Jiu Jitsu game. These drills and exercises will help with your hip movement, flexibility and coordination and are all focused on core moves critical to Jiu Jitsu success. Useful for both instructor and student, each move is presented with an explanation of how and why to use this move, several examples and then shown in response to a partner.
