This is some of the content from his Crazy Monkey Membership site…
before it was overhauled.
This set contains videos, audio and some PDF.
Video quality is low, can’t do anything about that…
but it’s good enough that you can watch and follow what he’s doing.
Use VLC to watch the videos…
Content Seminar Footage New York, California, Manchester (2007) and Singapore Retreats.
Where he discusses his basic methodology and new ideas.
It was filmed during 2006.
Old I know but RK’s content is good…
hell if you never’ve been introduced to his standup fighting methods then you should check it out..
His Standup Fighting is called Crazy Monkey.
The base foundation of this system is all about solid and adaptive fighting/defensive stance.
From his stance you can easily be in defensive or offensive mode however you want.
(Crazy Monkey Phase 3)Conditioning Videos – Quite a lot of drills.
They are basic drills but should be in every Martial artists conditioning list.
Coaches Toolbox – This is called Coaches toolbox but these are the lessons where he mainly discusses all of his theory and methods in detail and show you how it works.
Rest of the Videos and PDF/ Audio contains one of techniques or drills that you can adapt to your fighting system.
Like how to counter hook or say put power in your punches etc.
Health and Medical course
More information about Medical:
Medicine is the science and practice of establishing the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Medicine encompasses a variety of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness.
Contemporary medicine applies biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics, and medical technology to diagnose, treat, and prevent injury and disease,
typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery, but also through therapies as diverse as psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biologics, and ionizing radiation, amongst others.
Medicine has been around for thousands of years, during most of which it was an art (an area of skill and knowledge) frequently having connections to the religious and
philosophical beliefs of local culture. For example, a medicine man would apply herbs and say prayers for healing, or an ancient philosopher and physician would apply bloodletting according to the theories of humorism.
In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most medicine has become a combination of art and science (both basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
