Shi Xing Hong, Shaolin monk warrior of the 32 th generation and a founding member of the International Federation Chan Wu, we presented in this paper instructional the 18 basic movements that constitute the essence of Shaolin Kung Fu. Considered as the most important facing the masters and practiced both by the new students for the most experienced, these movements are related forms. It is a kind of combination of lines offensive and defensive elements of it is how Kung Fu Chan, the first step in acquiring other skills that allow us to feel the different energy, the chi, the power of the Arts of Shaolin warrior.
