The “White Buffalo” of the strength training community is Steve Justa. He is renowned for being among the strongest men in the world when it comes to the exploits he does, but a few years ago, he encountered a health issue that would ruin his career. Steve maintained a healthy body weight to push the maximum number of pounds, like many strong competitors.
