Merchandise Description
All Chinese martial systems, including Taijiquan, contain the technique of grabbing and controlling, or chin na.
Most people now practice Tai Chi Chuan (also known as Taijiquan) to prevent illness or treat it. Due to the neglect of Taijiquan’s martial components during the past 50 years, the art is currently lacking. The majority of practitioners no longer recognize Taijiquan as a martial art or even that it has martial applications. For instance, in modern Taiji communities, the idea and training techniques of Taiji martial strength (Jin) and how to use internal Qi (internal energy) in the martial arts are foreign concepts. Because of this, people do not now know or study the genuine martial applications of Jin and Qi, such as Chin Na or Cavity Strikes.
The Eight Moving Patterns, Clockwise Coiling in Crossed Pushing Hands, and more powerful, efficient Chin Na methods are revealed in this video.
