Dr. Eric Helms, the principal author of the books, has a wealth of practical knowledge in addition to his academic grasp of diet and exercise. Since 2005, he has served as a personal trainer, powerlifting coach, and bodybuilding coach, assisting hundreds of people in bridging the gap between theory and practice to achieve their objectives.
In addition, he has the assistance of Andy Morgan and Andrea Valdez to make sure that every detail is covered and that the concepts are delivered properly. Andy is a successful writer and consultant for body composition change with a unique understanding of how to communicate topics to diverse groups, as he produces content for both the Japanese and English speaking fitness communities.
