Advanced Grappling, Self-Defense, and Healing: Vol. 3: How to escape out of difficult holds like as head locks, chest grabs, and assaults from behind utilizing pressure points and very little effort to move away from the attacker.
Self-defense weapons include a belt, a magazine, a fan, and an umbrella.
Grandmaster Lee will demonstrate his healing procedures, which can come in handy if you get wounded during practice.

While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
