I can’t confirm that, but I can’t locate any other information either.
The instructor conceals his identity with a face mask and black paint, and even hides his voice.
I’m wary of claims like “the government doesn’t want you to know this.”
But I can tell you that the skills are fascinating, and the training is excellent and competent.
The human body’s weak points are a primary emphasis of this, thus it’s pretty severe.
