FOREX – Adapt to Changing Market Conditions with VantagePoint and Larry Williams Premium Indicators In this video, I cover the major Forex markets to demonstrate how VantagePoint and the Larry Williams can help traders adapt to the market. Traders can use the Williams’ PSI and Neural Index to adjust their position size as a trade progresses. This allows traders to push thier winners, and also be very defensive when the market conditions change and become unfavorable.Indicators:Williams EMAI – Longer Term, models large, smart money traders. Works off divergence from price action. Williams PSI – Medium Term, tracks Professional trader sentiment. More reactive to price, used to confirm signal from EMAI.VP Neural Index – Short term, 48 hr forecast. Earliest signal to trade from once Williams Conditions are both met. VP Predicted Strength – The “raw” value of the neural index. Slopes of P-strength can be used as a intraday tool, used in conjunction with VantagePoint’s predicted highs and lows to identify intraday, buy and sell levels.VP Predicted Moving Averages – moving average weighted with predictive data that gives traders an additional technological edge which leads the market.
Scan for Trading Opportunities with VantagePoint and Larry Williams Premium Indicators In this video, I demonstrate how traders can use the Intelliscan feature in VantagePoint to drastically reduce the amount of time needed for market analysis. This approach allows traders to quickly scan through VantagePoint crossovers and match them with the Larry Williams Premium indicator conditions to find the best opportunities. Additionally, traders can cover a larger number of markets ensuring they are as selective as possible when approaching a new trade.Indicators:Williams EMAI – Longer Term, models large, smart money traders. What is forex?
Quite simply, it’s the global market that allows one to trade two currencies against each other.
If you think one currency will be stronger versus the other, and you end up correct, then you can make a profit.
If you’ve ever traveled to another country, you usually had to find a currency exchange booth at the airport, and then exchange the money you have in your wallet into the currency of the country you are visiting.
Foreign Exchange
You go up to the counter and notice a screen displaying different exchange rates for different currencies.
An exchange rate is the relative price of two currencies from two different countries.
You find “Japanese yen” and think to yourself, “WOW! My one dollar is worth 100 yen?! And I have ten dollars! I’m going to be rich!!!”
When you do this, you’ve essentially participated in the forex market!
You’ve exchanged one currency for another.
Or in forex trading terms, assuming you’re an American visiting Japan, you’ve sold dollars and bought yen.
Currency Exchange
Before you fly back home, you stop by the currency exchange booth to exchange the yen that you miraculously have left over (Tokyo is expensive!) and notice the exchange rates have changed.
It’s these changes in the exchange rates that allow you to make money in the foreign exchange market.
