The third installment of the Warriors specific self-defense training curriculum from the ICOSS specialists is contained in this collection of two DVDs (International Confederation Of Self-defense Systems). Alain Formaggio (France), Moshe Galisko (Israel), Alessandro del Pia (Italy), Jean-Michel Lerho (Belgium), and Ciro Lenti (Italy) are just a few of the worldwide experts in ICOSS who promise to teach you the most advanced and potent fighting methods.

The International Confederation Of Self-defense Systems (ICOSS) specialists convened once more for a world-class lecture in Italy. In this two-part movie, you may see more than 110 self-defense methods that have been thoroughly presented by experts from across the world. Each of them discusses their preferred methods, strategies, and dos and don’ts for dealing with the unexpected as effectively as possible based on their own experience.

This is an extremely comprehensive approach that combines Krav Maga and Kapap, including defenses against blows, seizures, different weapons, projections, and controls.
