Emin Boztepe merupakan praktisi wing chun yang terkenal setelah pernah berduel dengan master Wing Chun William Cheung pada tahun 1986. Meskipun sekarang dia berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat, Emin berdarah turki dan menghabiskan masa kecilnya di Jerman yang penuh dengan penderitaan pada masa nya. Pada umur 14 tahun, Boztepe mulai belajar beladiri seperti Judo, Karate Shotokan, Gulat, Muay Thai, dan Tinju. Keith R. Kernspecht merupakan gurunya saat dia masih di Jerman.

Boztepe pernah mengklaim sudah 300 kali bertarung jalanan dan mendapatkan popularitasnya setelah menantang Gracie Jiu Jitsu pada event UFC V di tahun 1995. Anda akan belajar teknik dasar beladiri wing chun tentang centerline.
