Master Yu Jiang’s Xinyi Liuhe Quan Henan in the Lu Style
Within the Neijia Quan/Neichia Chuan Family of Chinese Martial Arts, Xinyi Quan is a combat style.
The most brutal fighting style in China is Xin-yi-liu-he-quan.
The martial art of Xinyi Liuhe Quan, which translates to “Fist of Mind, Intention, and Six Harmonies,” was created by Chinese Hui (Muslim) nationalities in the Henan Province. It is regarded as one of the strongest and most combative styles among other Chinese Martial Arts, and it has long been renowned for its fighting prowess despite the fact that relatively few people were familiar with the style’s true training regimen. Along with Cha Quan and Qi Shi Quan (Boxing of Seven Postures), Xinyi Liuhe Quan has been referred to as “Jiao Men Quan” (“religious – e.g. Moslem – boxing”) designed to defend Muslims in China.
The method has been kept a secret for more than 200 years and was only taught to a small number of Moslem practitioners. The first native Chinese (Han nationality) first learned the method at the beginning of this century, yet Hui communities in China still house the most accomplished Xinyi Liuhe Quan practitioners today.
The style is also known as Henan Xinyi/Xingyi since the arts of Xinyi and Xingyiquan are often separated into Hebei, Shanxi, and Henan branches. Ten Animals Xingyi is a common name for the fashion in the West.
It’s difficult to pinpoint the style’s early history.

More information about Medical:
Medicine is the science and practice of establishing the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Medicine encompasses a variety of health care practices evolved to maintain and restore health by the prevention and treatment of illness.
Contemporary medicine applies biomedical sciences, biomedical research, genetics, and medical technology to diagnose, treat, and prevent injury and disease,
typically through pharmaceuticals or surgery, but also through therapies as diverse as psychotherapy, external splints and traction, medical devices, biologics, and ionizing radiation, amongst others.
Medicine has been around for thousands of years, during most of which it was an art (an area of skill and knowledge) frequently having connections to the religious and
philosophical beliefs of local culture. For example, a medicine man would apply herbs and say prayers for healing, or an ancient philosopher and physician would apply bloodletting according to the theories of humorism.
In recent centuries, since the advent of modern science, most medicine has become a combination of art and science (both basic and applied, under the umbrella of medical science).
While stitching technique for sutures is an art learned through practice, the knowledge of what happens at the cellular and molecular level in the tissues being stitched arises through science.
